How kytoto processes withdrawals
Our withdrawal engine runs on a simple principle: verify the account, check the balance, and send the funds to your chosen payment method. The entire process sits behind our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification layer. Before you can withdraw, your account must pass identity and address checks — this is a banking requirement, not a kytoto invention.
Once verified, your withdrawal request enters our queue. We process requests in the order they arrive, and we aim to complete all requests submitted before 5 PM Jakarta time on the same day. Requests submitted after 5 PM are queued for the next business day. Weekends and Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) follow the same rule — requests are processed on the next business day.
Verification is the first step
Your account must pass KYC checks before any withdrawal is allowed. This typically takes 1-2 business days after you submit your documents.
Once your account is verified, you can withdraw to any of our supported payment methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each method has its own settlement window. mobile banking and local payment typically settle within 1-2 hours after we send the request. online payment and e-wallet settle within 2-4 hours. Direct bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
We do not hold funds after processing. Once your withdrawal leaves our system, the settlement time is controlled by your payment provider or bank, not by kytoto. If you do not see the funds after the expected window, contact your bank or payment app — they can trace the transaction on their end.
Withdrawal limits and account tiers
kytoto sets withdrawal limits based on your account age and verification level. New accounts (verified within the last 7 days) have a daily withdrawal limit. Established accounts (verified for 30+ days) have a higher daily limit. We do not publish exact figures — limits are set per account and shown in your account settings under "Withdrawal Limits".
If you hit your daily limit, you can still request a withdrawal; it will be queued for the next day. You can also contact our support team to request a temporary limit increase if you have a specific need. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically answered within 24 hours.

What triggers a withdrawal review
Most withdrawals process automatically. However, certain patterns trigger a manual review by our compliance team. These include: a withdrawal amount that is unusually large compared to your account history, a withdrawal request shortly after a large deposit, or a withdrawal to a payment method different from the one you used to deposit.
Reviews typically take 2-4 hours. We will email you if we need additional information. Common requests include a photo of your payment method, a screenshot of your bank statement, or a mobile bankingef note explaining the withdrawal. Providing this information quickly helps us complete the review and process your withdrawal on the same day.

Payment methods and settlement times
We support six payment methods for withdrawal, each with its own settlement speed and availability window. local payment is our fastest option — funds typically arrive within 1-2 hours. online payment and e-wallet settle within 2-4 hours. mobile banking and local payment settle within 2-4 hours. Direct bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) settle within 1-3 business days.
Your choice of payment method depends on your preference and account setup. If you deposited via online payment, you can withdraw to e-wallet or any other method. If you deposited via mobile banking, you can withdraw to local payment or switch to another method. There is no penalty for switching — we simply need to verify the new payment method on your first use.
Regional withdrawal patterns
We serve players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan. Withdrawal patterns vary by region — Jakarta users tend to withdraw more frequently during Liga 1 match weeks, while Surabaya and Bandung users show higher activity during Piala Indonesia fixtures. Medan users often withdraw around Idul Fitri and Idul Adha holidays.
Our system is designed to handle these regional patterns. During peak withdrawal periods (match days, holiday weeks), we scale our processing capacity to maintain same-day settlement. If you experience a delay during a high-traffic period, it is typically due to your payment provider's queue, not kytoto's processing.
